Our Brand Management Plan starts with the initial setup of your shared Brand Management (BM) folder in Google drive cloud storage so that you have access to all your brand parts. ​

​We prepare all your existing visual parts in Photoshop (logo, icons, supporting images, textures) and create a clipart folder in your drive with the files.  We also setup templates for your basic promotional items to be completed when you choose brand fuel to be implemented.

Lastly we setup your Vista Print account where all branded promotional material will be loaded in PDF format upon  completion. This will help you to pull your inbound marketing efforts through with little effort to your outbound local clientele.

To increase efficiency we use electrical devices as an extension of our lives to do all these word processing tasks in the cloud, where it is accessible and shareable. Content Marketing Management starts with initial setup, by sorting all your existing content in your shared drive CM folder. Past blogs that can be reused and improved on are copied in the blogs folder with ideas for future blogs. All current content on your website with your page silo is mapped out with current meta descriptions and keywords on your website. Folders for regular events, promotions, and happenings that repeats on a yearly basis. We also map keywords and phrases of your industry, what makes you different, and what keyword searches are important to you.

All social resources we use are free. Sometimes we set up Feedly, plug in your social feed to your industry, and create a feed and email alerts using Google Alerts to identify related and mentioned posts. We add your page admins for access to your social accounts to manage interactions. We setup Buffer, our post scheduling tool, connecting your primary social media pages on Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter. ​

Link building is the most basic principle that the internet network was founded on. By creating a spider web of interconnected sites the world wide web (www.) took shape, piece by piece - link by link. Linking comes down to the concept that linked together we are stronger and to search engines we look bigger. Third party sites such as Yelp, Manta and local directories, as well as social platforms, all use this principle to get higher rankings in searches online. Link building has a bad reputation of being used for black hat SEO techniques but when implemented properly it can be a powerful tool in any marketer’s toolbox of tricks. ​

Our Link Marketing Plan starts with an initial setup sharing your Link Management (LM) folder in drive so that we both have access to all the parts.

We do a Yext report to take inventory of what Name, Address, Phone (NAP) parts are done and which ones need to be corrected. We also map out your online reviews, inbound links, outbound links, and find past mentions via Google Alerts. These collectively make up your MOZ ranking when connected correctly.  The power of links are not always transparent but they can carry your company for years to come. Taking the time to invest in link building, such as setting up your Yelp, Angies List, and Groupon accounts also help to piggyback off the relevance of larger sites. ​
